Vermentino di Sardegna “Prendas” – Dolianova Winery • Grape variety and origin – Pure Vermentino grown in southern Sardinia (Dolianova area). • Vinification – After harvesting, the must remains in contact with the lees (yeasts) for a short period; it is bottled early to preserve its freshness and aroma. • Aging – Any wine not bottled immediately is aged in stainless steel.
