Grillo Tareni – Cantine Pellegrino • Grape variety and vineyards – 100% Grillo from the Mazara del Vallo area, in the Trapani province. The vineyards are located approximately 150 meters above sea level on the coast. • Vinification – After harvesting, a long, low-temperature fermentation takes place in stainless steel, preserving aromas of citrus and white flowers. • Aging – Before bottling, the wine ages for 4 months in stainless steel tanks. This maturation enhances freshness, flavor, and notes of lemongrass and vanilla.
