Caprese with buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes and fresh basil
Sangiovese di Romagna “Fico Grande” – Poderi dal Nespoli • Grape variety and area – Pure Sangiovese from the hills of Romagna. Sangiovese from Romagna is more immediate and fresh than Tuscan Sangiovese: it offers gentler tannins and fruity notes (cherry, violet) that make it versatile. • Winemaking – The grapes are vinified in temperature-controlled steel vats. Fermentation takes place in steel, giving the wine a fruity and linear character. • Aging – The wine ages entirely in steel, a choice that preserves the freshness and fragrance of the Sangiovese from Romagna while avoiding woody notes.
